BABYPINC’S PERSONAL RESEARCH PROTOCOLS

Welcome to my personal protocol library. 🤍

Before anything else, I want to make it very clear that I am not a medical professional, and this is not medical advice. These are simply the protocols that I personally use, have researched extensively, or have developed over time through my own reading, personal experience, and laboratory testing.

Many of these are also the same protocols that our admins and moderators personally follow, but they should never be considered official medical guidelines or a substitute for professional medical care.

Everything shared here is based on what has personally worked for me and my own body. Everyone's body, skin, goals, and tolerance are different, so what works well for me may not be the best approach for someone else.

Think of this as me sharing my own routines, formulations, and protocols in the hope that they can serve as a helpful starting point for your own research.

As always, do your own research, start conservatively, patch test whenever appropriate, and most importantly, listen to your body.

Thank you for trusting PINC and for allowing me to share a small part of my personal journey with you. I hope these protocols help you learn, experiment responsibly, and ultimately find what works best for you. 💖

Other Personal Notes: I am a peptide pen user, so as much as possible, if I can use a pen, I will go that route. This is a recurring pattern in my personal research protocols. My favorites are the Gensupen, V1 Pen (in pink). Other supplier are: Pincopads, Pincobac, and 4 mm pen needles. I also use Lifewards for intramuscular shots, as well as 1 mL Luer-slip or 3 mL Luer-lock syringes with 8 mm and 13 mm meso needles.
